SouthBay Auto Repair Center has been family run through 2 generations. Currently run by Jose Garcia, the entire family still remains active with the business. Beto, Jose Garcia's' son, has been involved with creating the company's first website and maintaining an active social media presence. Holding a Universal Technical Institute diploma for automotive and diesel technology and repair, he strives to bring a modern touch to this long time industry. Ivan, Garcia's eldest son has been trained in detail oriented delicate repairs ranging from Mercedes Benz, BMW, Volkswagens, Audi, to Volvos. Ronald Garcia's nephew has thousands of hours of experience tearing apart engines transmissions, differentials, transfer cases, etc... and putting them back together better then it was before. Lily Garcia's niece and Edward Garcia's nephew has been put to the task of helping advise our customers on their best course of action when it  comes to maintaining their vehicles .


In The Beginning...

Mr. Garcia The Master Tech, from working at Just Tires in the 70s to Firestone in the 80s, to PepBoys from the 90s to starting his own Auto Reapir Shop in hopes to provide a secure financial background for his family and quality service for the community he works in. He didn't Start out with ideas of becoming a business owner, but when times got rough and he saw his family in need of work he did what he knows best. rolled up his sleeves and started to pour the foundation for SouthBay Auto Repair Center. Starting out offering standard maintenance such as oil changes and tire repair, overtime SouthBay Auto Repair Center transitioned to a full service & repair shop. Already certified in many areas, we are still growing fast! From classic Restorations to mechanical and electrical Repairs, we can do it all and much more.

We have a proud history of excellent work and customers service. We have remained loyal in serving our community and in return have been recognized through the years by our township and state, and from local business organizations. Through our success, we have also been able to give back to our community through donating and volunteering with many local charities.
